Congratulations on your success so far. I find that little changes overtime add up and contribute to big changes in weight. There is a lady at youtube who was once almost 500 lbs and she is now down to about 240. She lost the weight by counting calories and with exercise. She is inspiring with a great attitude. Her channel is called Kimonica.

Thank you all for your kind words! I worked this morning and got home around 130pm spend the afternoon walking in the mall with my family I only sat down once for less than five minutes and then back to walking. the mall is getting ready to close now so back on my way home to swim with the kids for a while. The support on the app is wonderful. Thank you all so much! If I can loose this weight we all can! Surgery is not a option for me. I put the weight on by myself I'm gonna get it off by myself. Again thank you all for being so kind!

Congratulations on the progress so far. Cutting out soda was one of the first things I did so I can totally understand what a success that is. If you can join a YMCA or go somewhere to do water aerobics, that really helped me in the beginning to get used to moving and get the exercise in even with a bad knee and ankle.
