Help with macros

I'm at 180 working towards 138ish as my goal. 5,1" 35 year old female. I'm doing strength training, calisthenics, walking, some aerobics... trying to stay active every day. I'm averaging about my 1500 calories and am losing slow but steady.
My question is, are the default macros on mfp what I should be aiming for? Should I adjust them? Recommendations?
