When I say 500 under it's not because I starved myself..I ate all my cals usually...the extra deficit came from being on my feet all day long and counting my steps.
The first two weeks I did work out until I started having back problems (degenerative disc disease in my L3 and L4). After that I cut out actual workouts until recently. But as I said before, I'm on my feet all day playing house wife to 2 toddlers and a baby. My fiance was in the hospital for 3 weeks within those 34 days so literally everything was put on me (still is because he's home but limited to the bed). So from 6am til about 9pm I set down for maybe 30 min total and that's spread throughout the day. Lol
