why bulking without weight training is a stupid idea

apart from the fact that all the calorie excess will go into your system and permanently settle as fat, here are the other reasons why high body fat sucks
bottom line..don't be a moron..weight train ALWAYS while in a calorie surplus with sufficient protein
there's a difference between being big and being plump
- high body fat is inversely related to serum testosterone...add that to low muscle mass
- hello BxIxTxCxH TxIxTXS
more adipose tissue means more aromatase---> this means the little T you still have circulating in your system will be getting converted to estrogen.. - low libido, impotence, more fatigue, weaker bones
- Diabetes 2
- fatty liver
- insert couple of more diseases

Well, bulking means trying to add muscle so they would be weight training.
Not all people gaining weight are bulking. Some need more body fat and lifting would be a horrible idea for them, at least in the beginning.0 -

What do you consider high? Your body fat isn't exactly low, so where are you drawing the line? Anyone with higher body fat than you?0 -

Didn't you know that you can never ever EVER lose weight. EVER.0 -

Out of curiosity, did you expect the responses to come from lifters or non-lifters?0 -

After reading the title, I came here to read the comments. I was not disappointed.
Anyway, would like to contribute some things.asflatasapancake wrote: »I'm guessing lifters would be more likely to respond since we are in the bulking section.
Bulking & other weight gaining. Not everyone is here to bulk, some people just want to be at a healthy weight instead of underweight.
Which brings me to the next pointworkout_freak89 wrote: »apart from the fact that all the calorie excess will go into your system and permanently settle as fat,
You know what, some people are happy to have some extra fat. Fat does not equal bad.
Seriously, if you come from underweight, all weight including fat can feel really good. Also, not everyone feels the desire to be all muscled and toned.
I am certainly not either of those, but still fit in a size S and feel like I look pretty damn good while being "skinny fat".

Who bulks without weigh training? It's kind of a package deal...0

Yes, I realize that your title specifies "bulking," but there are people in this section who don't understand the difference between bulking and weight restoration. Your advice is too obvious for the lifters, and phenomenally bad for the people in recovery.

Do you have a magic mirror? I bet that's what made your adipose disappear.
Mine does this while I sleep...

Also, scoped your profile.
A. Homo neanderthalis weren't human ancestors, well I mean for certain populations they were in the same sense that homo sapiens are human ancestors, as both species exist concurrently and interbred to a tiny extent.
B. Neanderthals aren't the muscle bound brutes the 1950s textbooks portray. They also probably had really high pitch voices.
In conclusion, do you even science bro?0 -

Ahahaha, also scoped profile, that is gold! So much this little archaeologist could say on that one...0 -
from OP's profile:
our predecessors homo neanderthals were strong and powerful creatures with amazing physiques drug free... it's a shame homo sapiens has grown weak , fragile and frail.!! a weak person is a burden to himself and the society and will get eliminated sooner or later by natural selection... and i don't want to be one of them...i want to look myself in the mirror and feel proud not shame and disgust
so you want to base your existence off an extinct species? You do realize that homo sapiens won out because they were genetically superior, right?0 -
What am I reading?
What happened to this section? It used to be gold. Used to be...0 -

Exactly this...a lot of people who are underweight are happier and healthier after just gaining some fat, which is not a bad word. Even a small little belly is better than being underweight.0 -
