I finally figured it out, but on my iphone app, but on the site. I'm on average 300 calories under my weekly net goal.0

1.8lbs but I don't weigh weekly
Yes I was under for my weekly, but not by much
I exercised 2 days at the gym, the rest was just running around
I always eat most of my exercise calories back, save for 20 or 30 calories
Thought this might be helpful for some of us who are struggling!!?

4. Did u eat your exercise calories? No. My metabolism slacked off, couldn't get enough burn so based on my experience, I did not eat them back.
My metrics demonstrate that *what* you eat is more important than how much your calorie defecit is. My calories burned daily are tracked by my BodyBugg and I believe them to be accurate. My intake calories were recorded with complete honesty and the greatest accuracy I can manage without a food scale. I have my goals set for shedding one pound per week. I actually eat and train to shed two pounds per week. My weekly deficit was 7268, enough to shed 2.07 lbs. I shed 3.3 unwanted pounds and gained muscle this week.
If your results are not as easy: I do not suffer, I enjoy training or I don't train, I eat great tasting gourmet, healthy food on a very small budget...then, message/friend me. Have a look at my food diary.0 -
