I guess it's when I do add exercise into the mix

            When you log exercise it allocates you additional calories, and those are split across the macros of carbs, fat and protein.0

            I haven't noticed this, then again my protein goal is not what i'm really after, for some reason I can't adjust it to what my coach and my TDEE told me it's ok so I just let it be there while I keep in mind the real number I'm after.0
