Feeling Hungry

Low-fat string cheese and a small granny smith apple, an ounce of almonds, a hard boiled egg, sliced cucumbers dipped in yellow mustard, celery stuffed with low-fat cream cheese are some of my favorite satisfying snacks.

What exactly is this PB2 and where is everyone getting it?
It's powdered peanut butter that you mix with water to make a paste.
I get mine from a sports supplements store.
Comming from a sports sumplement store, wouldn't this be like an energy supplement. These usually contain high energy ingrediants like glucose, dextrose, and sucrose all sugars that are packed with sugars.
Pb2 is not an energy supplement and can be bought elsewhere as well. I get a big tub of Pb 2 from BJ's for $9.99.

Protein and fat will keep you feeling fuller longer

They have it every place here, grocery stores, Target, Wal Mart. And now Jiff has a powdered peanut butter product available at the same places. It saves quite a bit of calories.

@im_simply_karen, 300kcal is really a pretty good amount of calories. You can get some veggies or fruit and combine them with some protein and fat. I like cutting up an apple and spreading some peanut butter on it, for example. Also I practice Fen Shui
@moog54, you practice Feng Shui to distract you from cravings??
Anything to help refocus and avoid the high calorie snacks, so a Fen Shui session helps to relax me, and refocus. It's difficult because I'm a chocoholic and will demolish a large bar within minutes.
Ok, now I'm starting to think you might have your terminology confused!? Feng Shui—there's really only so much time you can spend to redecorate or even renovate your house to align with good qi. I'm guessing you do some form of meditation!?

If you're in Europe it's not readily available, but can be bought online from Amazon or American food specialists.
You, I like. I just checked Amazon and they do have it!0 -

I love to snack on broccoli and carrots, but they start to tear my stomach up. So low in calories though

PB2 isn't an energy supplement. I get mine at the local grocery store. If you make it, don't expect it to spread like normal peanut butter, but it tastes very good.
From Bell Plantation's website.. Freshly roasted peanuts are pressed to remove 85% of the fat and calories. The result is a delicious and all natural alternative to traditional peanut butter with twice the healthy proteins per gram than its traditional counterpart.
and the nutritional info:
Interesting. Thanks for the info. Sounds too good to be true, but maybe I'll give it a try. I'm usually a purist, but I do love peanut butter so maybe a lighter option might be helpful.0
