            During the week: water.
Weekends: whatever I'm making for the kids. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, berries. Maybe a fancy day once in a while I'll have a frittata or huevos rancheros.0 -
Today I had steel cut oats with raspberries and protein powder plus some chicken and asparagus on the side.0

My go-to breakfast recently has been overnight oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional, if you don't like the flavor)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Mix it all together and stick it in the fridge. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold. I also will do some diced mango in place of the raspberries, or frozen mixed berries. I like the raspberries best because they break apart and distribute their little flavor capsules throughout, making every bite satisfying.0 -
Oats in the week, poached egg on granary toast at the weekends... Just discovered chocolate weetabix for the days I cycle to work! Extra sugar helps the energy levels ;-)0

A frittata made with 4 eggs/4 egg whites and 1/4 cup of skim milk, 8oz of whatever veggies I want and either cheese or meat (or both). For months my favorite has been cabbage/bacon (4 slices center cut) and topped with scallions. I just cook it and eat 1/4 everyday for 144 calories.0

I prefer eggs, but on rushed mornings I will do a protein shake at home with almond milk, and some fruit and yogurt once I get to work.0

Usually, just one to three cups of coffee with about three ounces of milk added in per cup. If it's hot coffee, about a teaspoon of honey or sugar per cup.
A piece of fruit. Whatever ripened in the garden overnight (this morning, two cherry tomatoes). Two or three over medium eggs. Leftover veggies from dinner instead of fruit. Almond flour pancakes. A bagel or two.
If I'm headed to the gym right after taking the kids to preschool, just the coffee. If I'm headed to school, a couple hard-boiled eggs and a portable fruit or veggie (banana, apple, carrots, celery, etc). If I'm headed home, fried eggs and whatever produce I have. If it's the weekend, more eggs, sometimes pancakes or waffles or bagels.0 -
A piece of Trader Joes wild blueberry pie and coffee. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had lol.0

Close to as perfect nutritionally as you can get....but probably need to add a little healthy fats like a 1/4 of an advocado.0 -
