    This recipe was awesome!!! When I made it I believe there was a lot more than 6 servings though. I am not sure how much was a serving but it fed 4 adults and 2 children, plus had an abundance of leftovers. For the calorie count and someone who is on a budget....this was a perfect recipe. Thanks for sharing :)

    I made this last night, without the Rotel though...too much sodium! It was delish and I'm having it again for lunch today with some corn tortillas!

    just finished eating this for dinner! it was AWESOME! By far my favorite recipe i've made from MFP so far. I had 2 minor modifications- I used fat free cream cheese (the whole block) and I added some taco seasoning. I thought it was a little bland when it was done and the seasoning added a little something for me :) Maybe if I used a hotter salsa that would've been better. I served it on La Tortilla Whole Wheat Tortillas (50 calories a piece) with just a tiny amount of taco cheese on top. Me and hubby loved it! Thanks for sharing!

    WOW!! This was SO good. I added some cayenne for a kick and garlic powder but it would be wonderful just as it. Great dinner idea!
