How much do you weigh? And why arent you eating carbs?0

A male should be eating at least 1500 calories per day. How do you plan on fueling your workouts?? What did MFP give you as a calorie goal? I lost weight consistently eating 1400-1700 calories and I'm female and older than you.0

I weigh 96kg and 6ft tall0

How long have you been eating 900 cals per day? Do you know that accurately? As in, do you weigh and measure your foods? Do you have weight to lose? If so, what were you eating when you gained weight? If you provide more information you may get more help.0

How many calories did MFP say to eat? That's what you should be eating. You can even have beer and lose weight but first eat more than 900 calories!0 -
No it isnt enough. What are your fitness goals, build muscle? Or loose fat? Because at 96kg and 6ft tall doesnt seem like you need to lose much weight. Male or female? Either gender though you need more calories to fuel your body. I eat 1800 cal daily more or less and im a female (120lbs and 5'7" trying to build muscle).0

900 calories a day isn't enough for anyone, male/female or my child.....at the very least, follow the calorie guidelines MFP calculates for you0

I just want to lose weight quick0

I guess it doesn't really matter since regardless, this is unsafe. Just need more details please.

I eat 1200 (rough estimate-I don't weigh or do exact) I eat back my calories I burn off with my minimal walking and that is still a very low calorie count. I still lose weight eating 1200.0

You are 6 ft tall, 211 lbs is not that far from your goal weigh. What is the goal weight anyway? Stop binging and drinking beer and you will loose weight. Eat 2200 calories, or start counting macros. Eat to your body type. If you dont eat enough you will go onto starvation mode and put on extras pounds.0

Morbidly obese patients may be prescribed a 900 calorie diet. This is not regular food, it also includes Dr's visits, vitamin supplements, blood work, and more. These are not do-it-yourself diet plans.
1. You are not morbidly obese
2. This is not medically necessary
3. You are not under doctor's supervision
Your body requires fuel to function; heart, lungs, kidneys, etc. Yes, you are storing some fat, BUT fat does not provide everything. On top of that your are working out which requires more calories.
Your body will get the fuel it needs from somewhere......catabolizing existing lean muscle.....stop fueling non-necessities (a head of hair)....etc. This is good for getting a number on the scale....that's not he same as healthy weight loss.0 -

Good for you for giving up smoking! 5 days isn't very long. You may start getting tired and weak soon if you don't increase your food intake, however. Focus on protein and fat.
When you lose the weight, what is your long term plan? Generally, it's advisable to start that type of plan now, rather than a "quick fix" type of thing.0 -
at 6' tall you are trying to lose weight down to 176 lbs? My 5'10" son weighs almost that and he's not very big.
Your posts are a bit suspect. If you truly are serious, you need to eat a lot more calories. You should only be trying to lose a pound or two per week. If you lose faster than that you will lose lean muscle, rather than fat.0 -

I don't understand the statement here.
Anyway, I agree with the general sentiment here. 900 calories a day for you is not safe, especially if you are doing a lot of exercise.0 -
Yeah i jacked that up. Ha.0 -
I weigh 209 and 2100 caps a day high protein eat more fuel your body at 900 caps you'll be burning up muscle0
-
I am serious , this is how I'm doing my diet, i don't think I exercise so much, 109 meter sprints, skipping and weights is nothing0
