I am going out for Mexican food and margaritas with a friend! I will not be counting calories (or the amount of margaritas) but I have decided to have a smallish main course to make room for more (uncounted) margaritas and some churros for dessert!0

I am going to a beer festival with my nephews, so I will drink some beer, probably too much. I have eaten short 200 cals per day this week to allow for it!0

As for my Saturday... I will be going to a local restaurant that specialises in hand made pies. I'm thinking Steak and Stilton pie with a side of chips... I think I will go for a big cycle in the day to make room0 -

Going to try to do a 30 mile bike ride one day this weekend, and Saturday I plan to try a new restaurant called The Wedge- it has artisan grilled cheese and I've heard the best tomato soup ever.0

My Sis' Birthday on Saturday so going to an Indian Restaurant.
Will have
Lamb Tikka Starter (off the bone spicy Lamb BBQ'd) w/Poppadums (flat crisp breads), Chicken Jalfrezi (spicy chicken curry), Boiled Rice, Aloo Gobi (potato & cauliflower spicy dish) and a few glasses of Prosecco.

Saturday is long run day, so salsa chicken and potatoes and green beans and a protein shake and blueberry wine and goat cheese and crackers... among other foods0

I have no idea.
This has been my birthday week and the people in my office have brought in food every single day. Plus I was in a training class for two of those days and ate the food there. It hasn't been my best week, calorie-wise. I'd really just like an iced coffee and celery sticks.0 -
I don't actually plan to feast on Saturdays particularly, but this Saturday I must admit that I already have a full portion of traditional fish and chips planned and logged in advance. Happy to sacrifice lunch for this cause!

Pizza at Pizza Express - looking after my nephews for the weekend, and so have fun activities planned, and this will be a nice treat. I've been saving up my calories, and know exactly how many calories are in the pizzas we'll be ordering (yes I'm that obsessed about planning my meals)! With Nectar vouchers, I've got 2 pizzas free, so win/win! Sunday was going to be a beach picnic, but the weather looks awful, so it may turn into a cinema trip and indoor picnic! Either way, I've saved up calories, and know what I'm eating so I don't expect too many surprises when I weigh in on Monday. I will be moving around a LOT with a 6 year old and 3 year old, so that's plenty of unlogged exercise right there!0
