5'4 174 lb size 12 pants and large shirts Almost fit into some 10 pants. Could wear medium shirts but hate tight shirts with my belly.0

I'm 5'0 and 114 pounds.
I'm a sm/xsm in shirts and dresses. In pants I'm a 1/20 -
5'8" and 128 lbs. U.S. Mediums would fit me best but my freakishly long arms require larges. Depending on the brand I wear anywhere from a US 4 to an 8 and after birthing 2 9+ pound kids, I'm in awe of myself for getting here. In maintenance now and focusing on lifting. Loving my arms now which at 41 is kinda backward but whatever.

5'9" and 228 lbs, I wear a size 18 on bottom and 20 on top. Lost 40 lbs so far, and only 1 dress size, very discouraging.0

5'7" and 135 pounds. I'm a US size 4. My waist is 26". I'm currently trying to recomp as I'm at 22% body fat and would like to be around 18%.0

I'm 5'4", 141 pounds and female. My pant size is 5 and shirt size is medium. My goal is to get healthier, and lose about 10-15 pounds, and if that so happens to include a pant size I won't complain...so long as I don't lose my butt.0

To show how different bodies are, at the fittest I was very lean at 5'6" and 145 i wore a size 11, and only fit in a few 9's! My thighs and hips never get small:(

5'10" 193lb female, I'm about 40"/31"/44". Broadly speaking i'm in a 16 in pants, 14 in dresses and med/large in shirts, but as others have said it depends on the brand.0

I'm 5'4.5" and currently fluctuating between 132-133lbs. I haven't gone clothes shopping for awhile now (it's on my to do list).
If this calculator is correct then based on my last measurements I should be:
Dress 4-8US/8-12UK depending on brand
http://sizes.darkgreener.com
I won't know for sure until I actually go clothes shopping. Currently my smallest jeans won't stay up without a belt(US 8/9) and it won't be long before my workout pants are having the same issue (although I won't be able to use a belt with them and there is no drawstrings).0 -
I'm 5'6" 133 pounds, size 8 tops, size 8-10 bottoms, waist 26.5, hips 34, 21% body fat. Want to get down to 121-122 pounds. My clothing is Australian sizes.

I'm 5'11" and weigh 168lbs.
I started at 211lbs last year, I've gained a lot of muscle from my training. I wear Aus/UK size 12.
Feel free to add me! I'm working to maintain/tone up. I think size 10 is probably the right size for me.0 -
I'm 5'11", 160lbs. I've never worn anything smaller then L. UK size 12-14, U.S. 10-12
My waist is about 75cm and hips at 95cm.
Goal is currently set at 130lbs and dress size 8.0 -
6'3", 255 lbs, US Size 1X or 2X shirt (depends on the cut/style/manufacturer) and 18-ish pants (again, depending on cut/style/manufacturer).
Right now, my goal is to get to 225lb and a firm 1x/16W.0 -
168cm, 61kgs and wear anywhere between a 6-10 (AUS/UK sizing) for tops/dresses and generally a size 9-10 for pants (AUS/UK sizing).
It's amazing the difference only a couple of kilos lost can do, before I started I was in clothing 8-12 (tops)! Pants have kinda stayed the same so far, however hoping ill find it harder to fit into my jeans once I get my squatters booty!0 -

I'm 5'4 165lbs and I wear a large top due to large breasts and I wear a 11/12 pant US. My goal is a size 6 and 128 pounds ish. It's coming off slowly but I think I need to reevaluate what I'm eating and the portion sizes etc. I feel like for what I weigh I wear a big size. My thighs determine my pant size. Sad fact lol0

5'10", 133lbs, Pants: 28 waist x 30 inseam, Shirts: 14.5" Neck 34" Chest, Suit: 34 Regular - Looking to put on 15-20lbs.0
-
5'0", 160 and wearing on the bigger side: 14 top, 14/16 bottom. Short means bigger around, but I'm over 50 and already back to wearing the same size as in high school. If I get to the 10/12 I'm aiming for it will be smaller than I've ever been as an adult.0

5'8'' 168 pounds. Just bought a bunch of new clothes, pants are size 8(!!!), shirts medium, though that depends on the cut because I have wide shoulders and big thighs. Still looking to lose 10 pounds and I would love to lose a couple inches off my thighs!0

I'm 5'6", CW is 180, and I tell people I wear a size 10-16, heh. No, not a typo - it just seems that with every brand my size changes. I think I'm probably more like 12/14,though.0
-
I'm 5'2", CW 189lbs. I wear a M-L shirt and size 14 jeans. Not sure what dress size I am as all my dresses do not fit well and I haven't shopped for any new ones.0

Didn't we just do this last week?
5'10"+ 209 pounds, very long torso, short legs, large breasts...VERY muscular except for visceral fat due to metabolic disease
US size 8S jeans, usually L tops, most of my dresses are US 12, depends on the exact cut/stretchiness of the fabric0 -

I'm 5'6.5 and have a 25 inch waist. I find it is largely store dependent. Some stores are way more generous than others. But I'm a small in shirts and a lot of my pants / shorts / dresses are a size 2. But then again, depending on the store, I can fit up to a size 4 or even down to a 0. I think I have a 00 pair of shorts that I wear a lot too. So ya, it depends.0

I am 5'8" and and 137 lbs. I wear a 4-6 depending, but my measurements are 34-27.5-37. Trying to lose what is left of my love handles - I am close...0
