Anyone have success losing weight with just weight training? Cardio really isn't my favorite thing to do as I get bored very fast while doing it.

You don't burn too many calories, but it will raise your BMR when you gain.0

It's ALL about weight training! Seriously, cardio is for health, lifting is for maintaining muscle mass while losing.0

Only thing you need to lose weight is a caloric deficit.
How you get one is up to you. Do it in a way that is healthy, you enjoy, and can sustain.0 -
I have been at a stalemate/plateau for a little while. I love to walk and jog from time to time. I think it's funny how some people find cardio boring where as I think lifting is hard to enjoy. I am willing to learn though and try new stuff - why not?! It could be the thing to get the scale moving again. Any tips or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!0
