That looks so delicious! I'll try that tomorrow. I had a scooped and toasted multigrain bagel with a little butter, a clementine and two pieces of peppered turkey bacon.0

i haven't yet. I tend to practice a bit of IF and don't eat until anywhere from 9am - 12pm. But my breakie at that time is typically a toasted english muffin with PB2 and 2 scrambled eggs.0

That potato looks delicious, but I admit I wouldn't know how to make it...
I had oatmeal with some Quest caramel protein powder then a Graze chocolate pecan pie snack. 490 calories, 29g of protein. Sadly I've been hungry lately and it only kept me full for 3 hours0 -
Rogers oats (1/3 cup)
Tsp each: quinoa, gojiberries dried, flax seed
1cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/4cup greek yogurt
1/4cup blueberries
1 banana
Mix it all up and cook in microwave. Here you go.... all this food that keeps me filled until lunch and beyond at around 350cal.
That looks super healthy & filling!

I usually try & eat a more well rounded breakfast, however this morning I was short on time. I ate Special K fruit & yogurt cereal & I'm already starving0

I had an egg muffin - this one was a thomas light english muffin toasted then the inside I mixed and nuked 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp 2% shredded cheddar jack cheese, 1/2 tsp grapeseed oil. I have some dishes that are about the right size for this and did my exercise while it nuked and toasted (had to reheat a bit right before work). sometimes I leave out the cheese, double the cheese, add a jimmy dean precooked turkey sausage patty, frozen diced onion/bell pepper - but opted for this version this morning.0
