after workout

Any suggestions as to what would be a good after workout protein drink? Do not like Vanilla or chocolate protien drinks...

    :smile: I thought it was king of odd at first that you said Chocolate milk so I did a little research and you are 100% correct... Chocolate milk gives both protien and carbs.. Thank you!!! :o) I am going to try it tomorrow..
