Tilapia, broccoli with grated parm cheese, rice. That's the standard. Tomorrow we're making buffalo chicken pizza. Yum.

Chicken breast stuffed with sauteed onions and mushrooms, a tiny bit of blue cheese mixed in, wrapped in Serrano ham, and baked in the oven, with a green salad. Just that little bit of blue cheese is enough to give it a great flavour, and the whole meal is under 350 cals.

I'm visiting my parents out of state and am at their mercy, so it will probably be something I don't care for but will eat to be polite LOL. Unless I volunteer to cook tonight! But I've done that so often on this trip that I kind of think my mom is getting suspicious of my motives ;)

I've got fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions and herbs from the garden stewing in the crockpot, and some ground venison thawing in the fridge. Tonight we are having lasagna made with these and Fiber Gourmet (high fiber lower calorie pasta) noodles.

Thanks for all the yummy ideas. I have leftover tilipia in lemon soy marinade with baked beans. The garden vegetables are coming on, so I think I will try some of the ideas above. I keep cooked chicken breast or thighs on hand, so the ideas will be a snap!

tonight is tortellini soup (no sausage like traditional soup) and salad. I am also cooking some lemon chicken. I'll probbly throw my portion of that into the salad. The kids will tear it up separately I would bet.

Sea Cuisine Mediterranean salmon and a whole bag of broccoli. Yes, a whole bag though I probably won't finish it. I'm calorie hoarding because I'm going to lay into Publix black raspberry chip frozen yogurt and watch Grey's Anatomy on Netflix later :)

It's Taco Tuesday so we're having grilled buffalo chicken tacos and grilled shrimp tacos with sweet corn relish and guacamole.

Last night was grilled salmon on top of copy cat Chipotle bowls (cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, guac and corn relish)

I don't finish work till 10pm so I am going to try out a recipe my friend said is lovely.
    Banana omelette type thing.
Sounds odd but I'm going to have a taste!

It's just a banana and an egg mashed and beaten and then fried like an omelette :)

Often when my fiance and I don't know what to have for dinner, especially in the summer when it is hot and veggies are prevalent, we make a big batch of hummus (the leftovers are great for snacking at work) and cut up a bunch of veggies to go with it. That's dinner - sometimes we have a pita with it as well, if we're really hungry. Healthy, full of fiber and vitamins, and somehow it still feels like a treat!

I skip the mayo, I don't think it needs it.

400 grams of cauliflower with some low fat cheese, and a pork schnitzel. I also had some fried potatoes, but I was allowed today, you could leave those out.

We are in a heat-wave, it's 105 degrees! I'm not heating up the kitchen, we are having Tuna Salad with light dressing and multigrain crackers. Note off subject: Prayers for those surrounded by fires and wind in our area will be appreciated.
