Ok here are the rules for this group.
Now that you know the rules lets do it.
Ok now on the serious side. For all our new people to this challenge.
Weigh in on whatever day works for you.
I change mine weigh in every month on coincide with the 1st of the month and then every week after that. Some do not change their weigh days and that fine like I said above there are no rules. Post what is comfortable. If you don't want to share your weigh just post your ups and downs.
Share if you are struggling we are very supportive and love to help our fellow challengers succeed. Share if something is working great for you. We love to hear that!

I really need to be held accountable this month as I'm going to Glastonbury so would like to lose at least 5lb by then (last weekend in June) but also have both mine and the other halfs birthdays next week... Lots of temptation!0 -

Count me in!!! I have just started back today on MFP. I am going to aim a little higher than 5 lbs., maybe 8 lbs. I need to get down to my goal weight by Oct. 1, to fit into my wedding dress. We are renewing our vows and it is time for me to get serious.

I weigh mondays so will keep with that. I keep flitting between 216lbs to 210lbs. Can't seem to get below the 15st/210lbs mark. But I guess the takeaways don't help hehe ;D Sooo need to get my butt in gear!!

Oh my gosh I got so caught up in my fence project that I forgot to post in here that IM IN!! : ) Lol I really hope all of you are doing good I haven't had any time for myself all day and yesterday I was laying out the fence line in between the rain and today we had to jump through hoops because the auger we rented for the post holes wouldn't start.
I have barely had time for myself, my kids, or my homework so Im doubting how much I will be on this week but I will try my best to remember to weigh in lol : )0 -
