I've eaten about 2 lbs of cherries in one sitting. So... no? That all depends on your calorie goal.

...That's only about 130 calories. As long as you're meeting your calorie goal and maintaining an overall deficit from your maintenance calories (if your goal is weight loss), you did not overdo it.

I hear cherries can make you a little enthusiastic in the toilet department, but otherwise - are you tracking your food on here? If so, you'd be able to see that it's only 130 calories or so and make it fit your day.

Well when you logged those cherries were you over your calorie goal? If no, then you're fine. If yes, then do a little exercise and earn back some calories.

BM - bowel movement (poop, boo-boo)

You should log your foods for a month and then review the diary. Then you can make adjustments where they need to be made. :)

If life is like a bowl of cherries, what am I doing in the pits? ;)

(That's Erma Bombeck for you young'uns.)

That's why you log things. To see how many calories they have and what your total for the day is. It's a learning process, but you have to look at foods as part of your overall diet.

If you are still within your calorie, then you didn't "over do" it. Cherries are delicious, and I think of much worse things to overindulge in..

You only over do it...when you eat more calories than you burn.
