If you are still within your calorie, then you didn't "over do" it. Cherries are delicious, and I think of much worse things to overindulge in..

Name one. And you better not say booze.

Certainly not if it's Grand Marnier.

Haha yes booze comes to mind. Also chocolate cake, ice cream. Basically all the yummy high cal stuff, that I personally over indulge in

Life is but a bowl of cherries . . .
If life is like a bowl of cherries, what am I doing in the pits? ;)

(That's Erma Bombeck for you young'uns.)

Yep, and "The Grass is Always Greener over the Septic Tank"! Especially if you eat a lot of cherries.

I saw your post about Special K cereal. You really need to get yourself a food scale and read up on nutrition.

    Did I over do it?

How many calories is 30 cherries by weight in grams?

Were you able to stay within your calorie goals?

How did your feel after eating 30 cherries?

Nobody here can tell you whether you overdid it, we can only say if for ourselves it would be too much (or not enough).

    For me?

Yeah, that would be way too many cherries. :)

Just did some reading myself , it seems like you aren't really understanding how this works. You keep posting threads asking if various foods - carbs - sugar is okay . you've gotten many good answers . please go back and re read. Purchase a food scale , weigh everything you consume and log it .
For weight loss , all you need is a calorie deficit.

Just wanted to +1 this. OP, you need to accurately and consistently log your food. Only you can know whether you overdid it or not based on how much those cherries weighed and how the rest of your day looks. Put your stats into MFP, log your food, and hit your calorie goal, regardless of what you eat.
