Consistency Is key!!!! U don't have to do any hard core exercise a walk or light job works... I've done the challenge before some thg my bff n I came up with n I didn't work out at all pretty much n lost 10lbs just by way of eating! It makes all the difference!
My breakfast, hot green tea first thg in AM n them smoothie...it was great? The silk almond dark chocolate I was effy about but it made the drink!0 -

I am on a cut now too! I have a trip to Vegas in September.
I lift heavy (officially competitive powerlifter now) and I will be doing cardio!
I started yesterday, weight today is 184. =/ BLAH My short term goal is 165, long term to be determined later. My lifts matter to me, so not trying to base my weight off the scale.0 -
