Right now I rollerblade (intensely) for about 30-45 minutes, three days a week.
I started doing some simple bodyweight exercises like squats, push ups, etc.
My guess is that I can leave the cardio alone, but I should throw some more intense and consistent weight training in there.
A bit about me, I'm 5'6", 132 and looking to lose about 10 lb.
Thanks!

I would keep the rollerblade, add in some weight training about 3x a week. If you have time use those body weight exercises as hiit workouts. Ie: 20 squats, 15 situps, 10 pushups, 5 burpees: rest 30 seconds repeat 3 rounds.0

Your goal is to lose weight, but you make no mention of diet. weight loss is dependent far more on diet than it is exercise.0
