    I'm not where I wanted to be and I won't make it by 6/14 (35th anniversary)
    but I have lost over 20# since March and I am very happy about that.
    I didn't gain it overnight and I figure by loosing it slowly,
    I have a better chance of keeping it off.

    Using MFP and reading your stories for inspiration
    is the reason I am where I am today.
    Thanks Meat, and everybody else,
    I know that (with your help) I will prevail in the next challenge.

    I just wanted to make it clear that we have a TWO weigh-ins left. This week (6/2-6/5) and next week (6/9-6/12 --FINAL WEIGH-IN). Like always, I'll start a new thread on Monday (6/6, which will probably say FINAL WEIGH-IN) and then we'll have our Final Results thread (6/12) which will have our chart and link to our next challenge.

    I just wanted to make sure it was clear that we have 2 weigh-ins. :)
    Thank goodness! i may just make my (revised) challenge goal after all!!

    3/31: 144 - wow I hit my mini goal two weeks early - nice surprise.
    4/7: 142.8 - I just love a weight loss - I think I will celebrate by going to the lake
    4/14: 142.8 - stayed the same

    4/28: 142.4 - After the weekend I had I am so glad I did not gain - hopefully I can keep on track to for my next goal.
    5/5: 142 - Wow is this coming off slow - I need to step it up

    Stupid TOM!!! Likely not gonna make the challenge goal but I am going to put in the extra effort this week and focus more on controlling the food and more importantly the wine. I love my wine, but empty calories are no good. So no alcoholic beverages for me from Sun-Thurs.
