Thanks all for posting!
I joined MFP in 2009 and that was the beginning of a terrific journey.
It was simple but hard.
My goal was to lose 100 pounds, then maintain around 180 pounds.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Before pic at 228 lbs. After pic -55lbs!!! I am 5 ft tall and 45 years old. Have 50 more lbs to go!
