    I'm 210
    36 waist although closer to 35 and goal is 34

    I wish we did half waist sizes in uk.

    I'm 5'3, 193 pounds, and I wear size 17-19 (US) pants. I have to buy my pants in the juniors section because of my ridiculously short inseam, so I'm not sure what size pants I'd wear in women's sizes.

    I,m 144lb uk size 10/12 pants and 14 top . Does it really matter what size it says inside your clothes? For me It's all about how I feel and that I look good in the clothes I'm wearing no matter what the lable says.

    5 ft 7, 164lbs

    Currently wearing size 8 pant (29 waist) and a medium shirt.

    Goal 155lbs size 6 pants I guess...my shirts will not ever get smaller as my shoulders are wide and even a medium is iffy for that reason.

    hey well i can fit into size 12 leggings fro matalan other wise its size 14 skinny jeans and size 12 tshirts and tops. and a size 14 dress its such a pain in the *kitten* being different sizes lol. im 5ft5 and jut under 12 stone :) (UK sizes)

    I'm 5'10 as well. 246 lbs and 38 waist and XL shirts. I guess when I get to 200 i'll be 34 waist as well. Nice feedback

    Frame large, the boney part of my wrist measures 7"
    Weight 55kg (121.25lb, 8 stone 9 lb) to 57.5 kg (126lb, 9 stone)
    I have around 35 to 38% body muscle and around 17-20% body fat, depending on how much exercise I have been able to fit in
    Dress size m&s size 8 (6 in bottoms on the odd times I can find them), the last us size I bought was a size 4 dress (but that is a little loose) and in Singapore sizes I vary from an 8 to a 12, depending on the shop.

    Female, I'm 5'6 started at 259lbs and size uk 22-24, now 172.5lbs and anything from a 12-18 depending on brand, mostly 16 though!

    5'5, 179lb. I'm a UK 16-18 (which I think is a US 14-16.)

    I don't particularly have a target weight, but would like to get to a UK 14-16 or dead 14. That was always my most comfortable size as a teen.

    At 5'1 my pants are a size 14 women's goal is to be a size 10 maybe an 8 if my thunder thighs cooperate, they never really have before bit I can dream lol.
