I do about 30 minutes of these as part of my exercise routine. Do I spend calories? Where can I find details? Thanks--SNHA

I usually average about 1 cal/rep of a total body exercise or a rep of heavy weights. This compares closely to the calorie burn estimates on videos from Fitness Blender, so I think it's a decent gauge.
As with most things, try it, give it a few weeks, tweak based on results. :)

@snha as far as logging it goes, I log it under calisthenics. It does burn about 500 calories per hours for vigorous sit ups, squats, weights, etc.
