lower abs

I Have toned upper abs but the lower abs won't quite catch up doese anyone know any exersizes I should be doing or food I should be avoiding

    Is it that you still have fat there or that you need to strengthen them? Those are very different things.

    You need to lose the fat over the muscles to expose them.

    All the crunches in the world won't help.

    They've either been removed by the mods or taken back by the flagger, then. There was at least one in this thread and they've been rampant on the boards in general today.

    Did you read what the OP stated here? If she has belly fat she wants to lose, no exercise is going to help that. Continued weight loss will.

    I've been removing them as they are reported; people who are flagging inappropriately are getting warnings. I would caution anyone to do anything aside from just reporting it to us, speculating or accusing other users of flagging is a good way to get a warning yourself.
