so I have been going at it (excersicing) for almost 3 weeks eating healthier ans smaller portions of fattening food.
I am also drinking the water my body asks for.
I have noticed that I get way more energy in bed and want it more often than 4 days a week!

    At that level I think your sex life is getting close to the point that it is going to improve your exercise energy instead of vice versa.

    I'd be up to my eyes in diapers, dishes and laundry at 4x/day!
