I logged for about 9 months...I learned a lot...when I went to maintenance I stopped logging and have maintained for over two years now.0

About a year, then six months off, now back on for several months.
It's a crutch for me. I don't plan to keep it up forever. I am having a tough time transitioning off.0 -
First got mfp in 2010 when i started seeing a register dietician/dr. However, had to make a new account because i lost all my log-in info....latest streak is 442 days.
I don't log every single day, but i do check in every day and i always have a general idea of how many calories I've consumed.0 -
I'm on a 53 day streak right now.
I started my account when pregnant with my daughter weighing in at 200 pounds. I only lost 12 pounds post pregnancy and am currently at 160 pounds as of this morning !0 -

I have only missed 4 days since March 8, 2015, but not all on MFP. In the past I have only been successful with weight loss if it involved some type of logging. I think I will be one of those who are at it for life.0
