I've been logging for 45 days :)
Probably still a newbie compared to most but feeling proud of myself.

167 days for me! Tbh, I'm not a perfect logger but I try my best to be accurate as possible. There were also days where I 'guestimate' calroies. Everyday is a learning experience.

I've been logging for half a week. But I've been counting calories for years.

On and off I've kept a food diary for nearly five years. On MFP for about two with my latest streak being 70 days. This app is soooo nice for keeping track easily.

903 days on MFP, and 6 months before that logging with Weight Watchers. I'm in maintenance now.

I logged foods and exercise for 3+ years.
It became like a map to success. Today, I just have a natural instinct for food calories as well as exercise burn.
Though I no longer log manually, it goes on in my head involuntarily.
Tracking my diet and exercise was the key to my transformation as well as maintaining my hard earned results.
    Good luck to you all!
    :)

A little under two years. I logged in a notepad for a while, moved into Fatsecrect for a few months, and moved to MFP last June.

I have food journals going back over 10 years on my computer, but logging here for 137. The recipe builder itself makes this app amazing. I used to look up and calculate everything and label my meals with calorie counts.

About a year, then six months off, now back on for several months.

It's a crutch for me. I don't plan to keep it up forever. I am having a tough time transitioning off.

First got mfp in 2010 when i started seeing a register dietician/dr. However, had to make a new account because i lost all my log-in info....latest streak is 442 days.

I don't log every single day, but i do check in every day and i always have a general idea of how many calories I've consumed.

I'm on a 53 day streak right now.
I started my account when pregnant with my daughter weighing in at 200 pounds. I only lost 12 pounds post pregnancy and am currently at 160 pounds as of this morning !
