163 lbs (as I saw this morning) to 143 lbs. I started with 168 lbs ... I'm not giving up, I have to be at lest 150 lbs by October...0

Starting 179 with goal of 148, have lost approx 10lbs in a month (numbers bouncing up and down constantly). Just got back from a few days away with the kids camping and I've gained. So hard to lose but so easy to gain0

165, which is about 10 lb below the top of a healthy BMI range for my height, and 110 down from my heaviest.
I might consider as low as 150, which would put me in the middle of the healthy BMI range, 125 from my heaviest,
but can't see going below that.
I'm almost into the "acceptable" body fat range (currently 33, top of 'acceptable' is 31), and would be pleased if
I could eventually get into the 'fit' category (21 - 24%).
