Awesome work on your loss. When you want it badly enough, you'll just do it and get the rest.0

This is a great place to start! Stay under on your calories. Get a food scale weigh everything and log everything. Even the bad days where you go over on your calories. Try to move more even if it is just walking. Get some friends on here for support. You can do this if you want it bad enough.0

We really can't motivate you. Motivation is really just desire. Do you want it or don't you?
We can't give it to you. Even you can't give it to you. Something stirs inside you to make you want it or it doesn't. Motivation will carry you through the days when you don't want to exercise or feeling like hitting the Dairy Queen. It will drive everything else.
Commitment, determination...everything else, people can help you with.
Motivation, no. You have it or you don't.
When you're ready, you'll lose the weight.0 -
