I eat between 1000-1300 calories a day and burn 500-700 calories 4-5 times a week. I usually do 40 minutes cardio (treadmill, elliptical or stairmaster) and 20 minute weights.
My goal by the end of 2015 is to have a 50 pound loss, I am half way there and it is only getting harder, but I am determined! (btw, I'm 5'5)

Awesome! Is it coming off all over or are you a lucky one that it comes off your mid section first?

I can notice a big difference in my tummy & booty area. I was extremely bloated starting out since I hardly drank any water and ate a lot of salty chips.

Unless you are being medically supervised, you should not be eating < 1200 calories a day. There are too many potential health risks associated with extreme low intake diets, and you could do irreparable damage.

I don't starve myself. I never get to a point where I feel weak.(which I have done in the past but quickly stopped since I knew It wouldn't help me in the long run) I know my body and If I feel hungry, I will eat! :)

You look great! And 1000 -1300 isn't bad...as long as its not junk food you can still get all your nutrients met on that many calories...I too stick between 1000-1200 some days even less...not intentionally... But yes some days less...and my calorie goal IS set by my doc.....carry on as long as you feel good...cuz you look great!
  • Congrats and thanks for the inspiration! We have same starting points and goals.

Ok say you eat 1000 one day and burn 500 doing exercise...so your only netting 500 into your body for that day?
