June Goals
1. No take outs at all.
2. Get going on couch to 5k(running 3x a week)
3. Eat better
4. Switch from dairy to soya products
5. Zumba zumba zumba

I posted a June Plan that outlines it a little better, but my goals are to become a better meal planner and become a more balanced eater, add some exercise, and drop 10 by July 4th.0

My goals for June are simple. We're going on vacation with my parents and my brother, so we'll be at the mercy of when and where they want to eat.
My goals are:
1. Don't gain any weight back
2. Continue to record honestly what I eat while I'm gone on vacation - even if I blow it
3. Continue to exercise while I'm on vacation
4. Get some hardcore fishing done next week
5. Jump in front of every camera and pose as evidence of the 31lbs I've lost so far
I'd like to be down 50lbs by the end of July.0 -
I'm going to royal ascot in the 17th June and I will reward myself with a new suit the day before if I reach my mini goal set for ascot! (even though I intend to keep going so I can throw it out - wasteful, but a target is a target)0

Jeeze. Everyone is so organized and focused. I have no goals. Is it June? Just checked the calendar, I see it is indeed June. Hmm, I better go pay the rent so I'll still have a place to use the computer. Guess I will make a goal. My goal is to encourage my MFP buddies. I enjoy watching and reading about how good they are doing.0

Work out every day (2 times a day if possible) which includes walking
Eat low sugar and watch carbs and stay within my calorie count
Reduce alcohol (weekends only)
Signed up for the lose 10 lbs in June (not sure I will hit that but let's see)
Signed up for the burn 5k calories this week

My June goals are (starting right NOW!):
1. Do the entire 30 Day Shred (I'm currently on Day 2).
2. Lose 5+ pounds.
3. Keep my sugar under my goal at least 5 days a week.
4. Keep my sodium and carbs under my goal at least 6 days a week (allowing 1 day for any potential slip-ups).
5. Eat more veggies.0 -
1. Lose 6-8 pounds
2. Finish 30 Day Shred (I'm on day 18, woot!!)
3. Walk EVERY DAY
4. Keep gettin at least 5 veggies/fruits a day
5. Party my butt off on vacation!!!0 -

A friend of mine has a 40th birthday party on the 11th. She is married to one of my husband's friends whom I've known since I met him 16 years ago. Several other friends of his will be there, all of whom I met when I was still slim, but just before I ballooned up 40 + lbs due to hypothyroid and bad eating & party habits (I WAS only 20)...I want to look smokin' hot at the party but not like I'm trying too hard. I do still have 30-40 lbs to lose to meet my goal but I am going to work my hardest to lose as much weight as I can in the next 10 days. Nothing drastic or unreasonable. I figure between 4 and 7 lbs is doable depending.
I also want to start summer feeling great and looking more toned so I will be going to as many Jazzercise classes as possible to supplement my runs and get the muscle work in! They're killer classes!0 -

lose at least 5 pounds
lower my sodium intake
continue drinking a gallon of water a day
spend some quality time with my little brother every day (he's finally out of school!)
do all this and still find time to have some fun!0 -

I would like to put some sort of dent in my last 10lbs. These last 2 months were not good for me loss wise.0

1) Graduate from school on the 5th
2) Get to 195lbs by my wedding day (June 18th)
3) June 20th-30th workout at least 90 minutes per day of interval training and cardio
4) Be at 190lbs by June 30th!

well my june goals are:
1.to pass 3 lessons at my master's degree
2.to loose 5 kg or so (10 pounds at least)
3.to exercise at least for 30 min a day or 3-4 times a week
4.to avoid my weakness for ice cream and avoid eating it more than once a week
5.to save money to buy good clothes at july.

Towards the end of june I have a dinner with old classmates for a friends birthday. All of them remember me as a fat loser. I want to lose the weight i recently gained from being ill and be back at 45kg and look good in the dress i brought for the dinner.
And maintain and eat a 800calorie intake daily so I do not binge and purge anymore0 -
1. Finish my first round of p90x doubles and start my second round!!!
2. Lose those last 5lbs
3. NO Beer at all for the month! <-this will be hard!
4. Hike at least 3 high peak mountains
