    All - As long as it's fresh fish and not bastardized with unnecessary ingredients like cream cheese, mayo, and imitation crab meat.

    Brown rice also sucks in sushi.

    Mmm.Start with Miso soup, plum wine, thenthe rolls: Sweet potato roll, spicy crab, and butterfish sashimi.
    Black sesame ice cream for dessert occasionally. ;)

    Wow, I don't even know where to start right now LOL.
    I take my sushi very seriously though, so here we go:

    Nigiri: definitely unagi and tamago
    Temaki: spicy tuna
    Maki: salmon

    But I'll admit that when I go all-out on my sushi binge, I can thoroughly enjoy those rolls with stuff on the outside (I'm going to assume you know what I mean here). On the other hand, I can't stand the flavor of wasabi so I always scrape that off at the kaiten sushi in Japan like a true awkward foreigner.

    As for side dish: wakame is the way to go for me. I love edamame, but more as a snack by itself.

    Salmon - sashimi or nigiri. By the POUND!

    Saba (mackerel) or Aji (Spanish mackerel) - ditto.

    Uni (sea urchin) - Love, love, LOVE it. Especially with a raw quail egg yolk on top.
