    (Stoopid Jet Lag: Planned to take Frodo for evening walk, fell asleep on couch instead. (I never do that!))

    (Went to bed at 8 pm. (Obviously, still recovering!))

    Despite a couple of off days, I am still close to my goal: An extra 1384 steps today, and I will still be averaging over 10,000/day for August..

    I shoot for at LEAST 10,000 steps a day. I usually average about 12,000 a day for the last year.

    I'd love to! My fitness pal doesnt always let me log in, so as back up, i made a kik.
    #weightsupport is a group I administer if anyone is interested in being motivational to others and maybe share some stories or tips. I am struggling with weightloss. I've tried finding other supports on kik, but no luck yet. So I hope many will join and help motivate each other!
