Trying to work out an easy way to included Les Mills Pump into my fitness pal exercise. Any suggestions?

If you just search Les Mills under cardiovascular you'll see the whole list of classes they offer then you should be all set.0

I do pump 2-3 times a week. I believe MFP calculates the burn based on your weight. My current burn is 558 for a hour. (many people say MFP overestimates the burn so only eat back 50-75% of the calories if you're inclined). I can search it on the app and website.....0

The number is different for everyone because it is based on your weight and height.0 -
