Sashimi. Anything tartare. Sweet potatoes. Okra. Calamari. Gator tail. Tripe. Liver/heart/lungs/brains/tongues.

Anything else is fair game. Except grasshoppers/crickets/ants etc. Covering them with chocolate does not help.

    Tequila. Multiple times.

    Sambuca for me.

I've not sworn off anything, but I've no idea why anyone would want to eat poppadoms or edamame beans, so others are welcome to 'em.

Only foods I do not like to eat. Life is too short to eat foods you don't like.

    Exactly.

I should clarify that there are foods that I feel aren't worth the carbs and/or calories, but I haven't sworn them off forever. I don't bring chips in the house but I did eat 2 Doritos chips once in the past year. There are quite a few things that will now be a very rare treat.

Meat, dairy, eggs and anything related. I couldn't imagine contributing to the cruelty of animals as well as cruelty to my health. I havent felt so amazing in my life and I use to be so sick in the hospital once a month. Good riddance!

Other than foods that contain Gluten due to a Celiac Disease diagnosis 3 years ago, no. Now that I'm in maintanence, I eat everything I always did.

Boiled eggs. Obviously not for health/diet reasons. I just hate them.

I've not sworn off anything I like, but instead make them fit if I really want it, except for things that could make me ill. I could also become ill if I'm off my macros for too long or eat wheat products. I really miss Ryvita.

Nothing's off the table. Even foods I hate by themselves (e. g. cauliflower) may somehow sneak it's way past my lips. And who knows, even foods I hate now may someday turn out to be something I try again. I hate sauerkraut by itself, but one of my favorite sandwiches is a classic Reuben.

Sucralose, I have a self diagnosed allergy to it and they put that s*** in everything now. As of last week, I can no longer have anything diet made by Pepsico. :(

Full sugar fizzy drinks -.- sugar free tastes just as good to me

I'm with you on this. Although I feel like since I've been drinking diet for so long I don't like the taste of full calorie sodas anymore. Not sure if that's "swearing off" or just adjusting tastes...

    Soda. So gross.
Same here - I dropped soda about a month ago. Last night I decided to order a Diet Dr. Pepper (my fave before cutting soda out). I had 2-3 sips and just thought it tasted awful! So I asked for an Iced Tea instead and know this time I will never go back to soda!
