Hello MFP,
I have been on and off losing weight for about 3 years now. I know that MFP has contributed greatly to my weight loss. The only problem is I don't have very many friends who can encourage me on my endeavors. I'm looking for friends that can encourage me on a day to day basis so I feel like I'm not in this alone. I don't know if I'm doing this right. But I'm ready for some new friends. I've lost 17.8 pounds, but it's taken me a while to do it. I do 40 minutes of back exercises and I just recently bought a rebounder ( a mini-trampoline. ) I'm going to try the 10-20-30, 8 minute exercise that was on today's blog. I'm not going to be able to go as fast as they recommend, but I'll give it a good try. I've got 82.2 pounds yet to lose. Wish me luck. KathyKateKathy0

Would love more friends Always better with support Anyone can add me - I am always positive with lots of energy and love to laugh...life's too short not to be a little silly!!! I am on everyday I love MFP it has kept me on track and really helped me learn to eat better..don't get me wrong I still love chocolate and do indulge - in moderation balanced out with exercise I wish everyone success & remember never give up...get on pushing forward cheers0
