Hey everyone! I'm going to start this book! I hear good things but I need encouragement because I'm hearing so many different theories. I have 100 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. However, I know this is a weight lifting program and I am looking for transformation with weight training. My plea is if there is any success stories whether it's weight related, physical changes, or anything that's be great! Pictures also really help my motivation! Thank you all so much!

I love lifting weights!!! I've lost 70lbs and I started off doing just the elliptical but then once I got under 200 I started weight training on a regular basis and that has brought me down to 150 (on a good day lol).0

I just started the program two weeks ago but what I can tell you is the workouts are very short but intense. You really work up a sweat - more than I ever did with any cardio workout - and it gets your heart rate up. Also you see strength gains with each workout.0
