I'm still working on it I don't eat salty snacks like chips like I used to. the salt really bothers my tongue. I don't even enjoy french fries any more which is really great. Still working on the sugar addiction though

Lambs hearts are good too.
I saw a lovely chicken liver and mushroom recipe the other day.

I will never eat cauliflower, liver, olives or gizzards because they are NASTY
Also a few things I can't eat due to allergies. No other reason to swear off something for life, hopefully that's a long time to go0 -
Anything cooked by my sister. Lord help me. How that woman grew up in a family of cooks and can't cook is beyond me. She can barely nuke with instructions. Bless her heart.0

Olives. Not for weight loss or anything, they're just disgusting.0

I know that's never necessaru for weight loss, health or fitness, but I just wondered.
Sworn off for life is pretty strong but I haven't had some things for years and would not want to.
Cheese Whiz, Velvetta, cheese product- because real cheese is better
turkey ham, ham product, SPAM
fruit flavored cereals or cereal with marshmallows
pineapple- discovered an allergy, not worth eating it
I gave up drinking most pop and coffee 15 years ago to reduce caffeine consumption.

I haven't sworn off any foods for life - other than things I don't like, but that is nothing to do with weight controll
I have switched entirely to drinking diet sodas rather than sugar ones - I like them just as much so easy calorie saving for me.
But not saying I will never have a sugar one ever again.0 -
Fat free dairy of any kind. GROSS.0
-
Olives. And white sauce. Also licorice. And I hate yogurt. Yuck.0

Nothing. There are things that I don't like, but taste buds are replaced and I might end up liking things. Two years ago I would have said mushrooms. I hated them. Now I quite like them. There are things that I would not try because of the culture I live in, like balut. I live in a western culture so things like sheep brain or balut will never be on my menu.0

Juice because really it's just sugar and meat. Probably should not eat dairy but I love cheese... Cheese just doesn't love me0

Tripe.
(For those not familiar with it, the lining of a cows stomach.)
I tried it twice, the second time because I was sure I was mistaken how awful it was the first time. I wasn't mistaken0
