take a shot glass, half milk of magnesia, half prune juice, heat it till just warm in the microwave...nastiest stuff you ever tasted but it will without a doubt clear ya out0

I used to have to give it to my son and he never had problems taking it. I would recommend Miralax if you have it. It always worked faster for him.0

I feel your pain ! I just went through this. Before the diet I could go daily and now it is hardly ever. More garbage in more garbage out I guess. I got a bottle of magnesium citrate and drank that with lots of water and had great results.0

That is what my dr recommended in January to counteract the effect of the painkillers I was on when I had my tonsils out. I didn't have any problems with it. But the painkillers were pretty good so maybe I didn't notice any problems.

Well, I took 2 tbsp, the lowest dose - and had some VERY light cramping - not even cramping , just, movement? :huh: Don't really know how to explain that any better. No results yet, and its been 5 hours. I've also eaten dinner, my evening snack, and had 6 glasses of water, some Flaxseed Oil caplets, and my vitamins. Still nothing. I was going to try the full dose in the morning, but- I have an oil change at 9:30, and I don't want the "poopies" to strike while I'm there. So, it's going to have to wait another day... Crap. :laugh:
Hopefully, I'll have better news in the morning... After all of this water, I had better!

i dont mind the poop talk i work in health care,but i know what you mean.i have a bladder condition so i take pills for over active bladder and it makes me not go.i took magnesium citrate and it helped me go.and it didnt make me rush to the bathroom0

Looks like you are eating lots of carbs, some fruit and very little green veg. Try easing up on the red meat and eating as much fruit and vegetable as possible along with the water. If you try and limit your dairy and wheat based products along with increased fruit and veg you may prevent this from happening again in the future. if that doesn't help try adding Yogi's detox tea once a day .
I'm veggie/vegan so I eat NO meat. I tend to eat 2-3 servings of fruit per day, and 3-5 servings of veggies per day. I do a lot of carbs, but, they don't bother me. Dairy has been my biggest hang-up, and I know its the dairy thats causing the back up.
My diary is public. Like I said, I go easily 2 -4 times a day.0
