Hello,
Looking for friends to join me and some others on a challenge till the New Year. No eating after 7:30. Help each other with accountability with positive attitudes and since of humor.

I'm in. I noticed my blood sugars are better when I eat earlier in the evening and then stop. Looking forward to the challenge.0

I'm in. I woke up for a midnight snack for a banana last night. Better than usual but still. I logged it though!0

I'm used to eat dinner pretty late.. 9:30-10 pm.. Would love to change this habit! I'm in girl!!!0

I'm in! I tell people all the time I highly recommend not eating past 6 or 7.. I used to not eat past 5 and I really think that helped me drop weight the best0

I lost all my weight eating at night but if it helps you control your calorie intake, good luck.
Just FYI, meal timing doesn't matter for weight loss.0 -
Made it two days so far eating a bit earlier and it gave me time for a post dinner walk!0
