    I'm done!! I did 30 bridges and held them 30 seconds each. It is stretching time for me; I don't want to feel them tomorrow and stretching is the way to go. I'll stretch the back of the legs and make round backs just like a cat :wink:

    Dont forget to stretch your rights and legs iam a gymnist and if you jog around a little bit before starting and then stretch your rists both ways you can do them for longer times and over and over again but take a break so your blood doesnt run to your head and you end up dissy have fun I did 30 this morning for stretching but idk how to put it in here so just going to put it in as 20 min. of stretching bye!!!!

    Did 30 using the Wii Fit Plus as under the Yoga section they had bridges. I held them for about 30 - 40 seconds.
