12lbs down in 25 days!!!

I have been doing weights 3-4 times a week with a personal trainer and a little bit of cycling when I have time. Also the trainer put me on a diet plan of 50/25/25 at 1500 calories. I've been trying to avoid gluten as well because I was so bloated
I was quite apprehensive at first as I really didn't think I would have been able to loose weight this fast and I am gobsmacked with the results for such a short period.
What has everyone else been doing?? and any progress pics??
