This has to be one of the best meals I've ever made! It is very yummy! First night I had this on a bed of mixed greens. Very good! Second night I served it to my mom and husband on angel hair pasta. They loved it! I made myself a burrito with a 100 calorie tortilla and more mixed greens. I have one tortilla left and this will be my dinner tonight! Thank you for the recipe!!!

Ok I doubled the recipe today, so i could freeze some for lunchs ect
well didnt work!! between hubby and son and daughter-in-law the
whole crock pot is empty lol,
Makeing more tomorrow to use for lunch this week
