    To be clear, this is what the government, in 2014, thinks your plate should look like. It's a bit different than what they thought a few years ago...with their pyramids.... the next one will have more fats, and fewer carbs. and then who knows what's next.

    MY plate: nutrient dense vegetables, healthy fats (nuts, seeds, avocado, etc.), lean protein, some dairy, and legumes, with a spattering of grains. And next to my plate in the evening is wine.
