Alternatives to 500g of fat free yoghurt?

Over the course of an average day, i tend to eat (amongst other things), a 500g pot of fat free yoghurt (macros-297 calories, 43g carb, 0g fat and 30g protein).
Its a useful source when fitting it around other foods and within my macros etc.
However eaten daily, it can be very dull.
Anyone got any ideas for alternative, totally roughly the same macros but a bit more varied?

Cottage cheese with lots of pepper.
Can of tuna with lots of pepper
Protein bar
Protien drink
Those are my fast alternates to yogurt.
