    I currently can't have dairy or nuts, so I use Rice Dream rice milk. I've heard hemp milk is good as well, but I haven't tried it yet :)

    I LOVE unsweetened vanilla almond milk. But that's strictly for the taste and the fact that it doesn't upset my stomach!!!
