    Successes/struggles this week: Working on making new friends and weight loss buddies. I started at 325 pounds, and am in my home stretch. Other than hubby most people around me are a bit negative, looking for the light.

    I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining. Sigh here :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Last year at this time I weighed 184 - only 9 lbs from my goal weight. Gained over the holidays, and am having a hard time getting back on track.
    My biggest obstacle is the evening snacking. Somehow, even though I keep busy, it has become a awful habit of mindless eating.
    Really hoping this fall to get back on track, and be more serious!

    Successes/struggles this week:I'm having a hard time controlling myself around food and logging what i really eat. I went hard core diet crazy before my wedding and lost about 20lbs, but in the 3 months since I gained it all back plus some. I'm trying to get my feet back under me and turn it around.

    Successes/struggles this week: My struggle is my constant nibbling. As I go in and out of the kitchen all day I can't stop popping things in my mouth so my goal for the rest of this week is to eat a single morsel except at mealtimes and designated snack times.

    My goals this week is to keep to my calorie limit and walk/jog for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week and top that up with 2 x 45 min strength sessions.
