I just recently started taking RIVALUS creatine, it's a monohydate blend.

What's been your experience taking it? Good, bad or whatever!

I've heard the side effects/results can be different for women than men

    Are you weightlifting? You aren't likely to notice anything other than water retention otherwise.

    Yeah, I lift 5-6 times a week. Usually heavy with some like skipping or interval sprints.

    I haven't noticed anything. Maybe a couple pounds of weight gain initially because of the water retention.

    It's cheap enough that I'm not going to try lifting with and without it... they say it helps, at least for some people, so I just take it.
